Every product sold through Thinking & Growing is built to deliver value equal to or greater than its price. That is not a marketing line — it is the standard every tool in this library was held to before it was ever offered for sale.
If you purchased a product and feel it did not meet that standard, you have 72 hours from your purchase date to request a refund.

That one sentence matters. It tells us you opened the product and gave it a real look. It also helps us improve what we build. Requests submitted without it will not be processed.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Custom dashboards work differently than the rest of the library, because nothing is built until you order it. Your 72-hour satisfaction window starts the day you receive your finished, installed dashboard, not the day you purchase it, since building it typically takes a few days.
If something isn't working the way it was described, tell us within that window and we will fix it first. Most issues get resolved this way, and it costs you nothing.
If it truly can't be made right, you will receive a full refund, and your access to the dashboard ends at that point.
This guarantee covers features that do not function as described. It does not cover a change of mind after a correctly built, fully working dashboard has been delivered exactly as ordered.
This guarantee exists because the products deserve to be tested, not just purchased. If something in this library doesn't deliver, that is information worth having. Reach out honestly and you will be treated honestly in return.
